Accepting a small number of new clients

The hours your team loses every week — gone.

We build the automation or knowledge base that removes manual work from your service business, and the proof layer that shows the hours were saved. Built by a senior engineer, not sold by a sales team.

Every Process Review includes a live dashboard walkthrough — real data, no slides.

Built by Daniel Rossi Marinho, software engineer with 10+ years of European experience.

Senior engineer does the work — not a junior, not an outsourced team, not a salesperson.

Three places your team's week disappears

If any of these sound like your company, you're losing paid hours to work a computer should be doing.

Same numbers typed into three systems

The average growing service business runs 5 to 15 separate tools that don't talk to each other — CRM, billing, scheduling, email, spreadsheets. Your team copy-pastes the same client data between them every week. Every copy-paste is an hour lost and a typo waiting to happen.

Leads answered in 4 hours, not 5 minutes

No-one owns first response. The owner personally chases reminders. Leads answered within 5 minutes convert 21× more than those answered within an hour — and most service businesses still take half a day.

€20,000+ a year vanishing into late payments

Late-paying clients cost European service businesses more than any tool ever will. In the Netherlands alone, a third of entrepreneurs name it their biggest financial pain and 18% lose €20,000+ per year. The pattern is the same across Europe.

Book a 20-minute Process Review — no pitch, no slides. We'll look at your real data and see if a fix like this is realistic for your team.

The kinds of projects we take on

Not a product catalog. A pattern match — if your company's pain is on this list, we should talk. Each can be a standalone pilot.

Connecting tools that don't talk to each other

Your CRM, billing, scheduling, and email linked together so the same client data stops getting typed twice. The pipeline runs in the background; your team works in whatever they already use.

Lead routing & first response

Inbound inquiries from WhatsApp, email, web forms, and missed calls routed to the right person on your team within five minutes — not the next morning.

Invoice chasing on autopilot

Automatic, polite reminders that escalate based on age. A live view shows which clients are aging past 30 days and which have paid. You stop chasing; you start watching.

Quote & proposal prep

Standard line items, supplier pricing, and labor calculations pulled together from your past quotes and product catalog. A quote that took three hours becomes fifteen minutes plus a review.

Team knowledge assistant

A custom assistant that answers questions from your own SOPs, contracts, past proposals, and product specs. Your team stops pinging you for the same information for the eighth time this month.

That weekly report, rebuilt as a live view

The report someone rebuilds by hand every Friday morning — pulled from three systems, formatted in Excel, emailed by lunch — becomes a page anyone opens any time. The numbers stop being a week old by the time you read them.

If your pain isn't on this list but feels similar — disconnected tools, manual handoffs, owner-as-memory — book a Process Review. The list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Each can be a standalone €2,500 pilot.

How it works

A small, bounded pilot to prove the value before any larger commitment. You pick your #1 pain, I build the fix. No big-bang projects, no year-long engagements to sign before you see anything.

1

20-minute Process Review

A short call where you describe the work that's eating your team's week. I walk you through a working example built against synthetic data so you can see the shape of what I'd deliver. No slides, no sales deck, no pressure.

2

€2,500 pilot, 2 to 4 weeks

One deliverable built against your real data — workflow automation, knowledge base, lead routing, invoice chasing, or reporting — with the proof layer that shows the hours were saved. Small enough to approve without involving your CFO, big enough to know whether this is the answer.

3

Monthly retainer to keep it running

From €300/month. Monitoring, bug fixes, and iteration on top of what was built. The automation or knowledge base keeps running; most clients keep the retainer because maintaining it themselves costs more in time and risk than €300/month.

4

Grow into standard engagements

If the pilot validates — for both of us — we can talk about a broader engagement: multiple deliverables connected, a real data warehouse backing your reporting, proactive iteration. €7,500 setup + €800/month typical.

Pricing

Three tiers, defined by scope — not by seats, contacts, or tasks. Prices exclude VAT. Every engagement starts with a pilot so you can walk away with the deliverable either way.

Pricing is anchored to the European AI/automation consulting market — every tier has multiple competitors at the same band. You're not overpaying, and you're not underbuying experience.

What you actually get

A working automation or knowledge base in your real systems, not a slide deck describing one. Proof your team can see any time, not a weekly PDF someone has to remember to send. A person you can email when something doesn't work, not a ticket queue.

You own the work — the automation configs, the knowledge base, the data, the queries. If we part ways, you get it all exported. Most clients keep the retainer because maintaining it themselves costs more in time and risk than €300/month.

  • Senior engineer. 10+ years of European software work. The person who builds it is the person you talk to.
  • Live dashboard, included in every tier. Proves the hours were saved. Your team sees it working, not just hears about it.
  • EU-hosted infrastructure. Data stays in European data centers. GDPR-compliant by default.
  • You own the work. Automation configs, data exports, dashboard queries — yours to keep or take elsewhere. No hostage-taking.

Questions

I'm early-stage. My background is 10+ years as a software engineer in the Netherlands, including work inside a digital agency. You'd be among the first design partners — which is why the pilot is priced at €2,500 rather than €15,000. You own the work (configs, knowledge base, data, queries) — exported on exit, no lock-in.

European service businesses — typically 10 to 50 employees — with a specific operational pain: the same client data typed across three systems, leads answered in hours instead of minutes, late-paying clients nobody chases, or information scattered across Google Drive with no way to search it. If you're not sure whether your situation fits, book a Process Review and ask.

Both. For Pilot tier I'll typically connect to whatever you already use. For Standard and Growth we may deploy dedicated systems (CRM, helpdesk, automation engine) where the workflow benefits from it. Where it makes sense I'll deploy my own systems — it's faster and cheaper than asking you to license one.

You keep the work I already built — automation configs, knowledge base, data exports, all exported. No further fees. I'd rather part ways honestly after a €2,500 pilot than pretend a bad fit is a good fit for another six months.

European data centers (Hetzner, Germany). GDPR-compliant by default. A Data Processing Agreement is signed alongside every engagement. Data leaves with you on exit, in a standard export format.

Because I'd rather prove value at a price you can approve without a CFO meeting than quote €15,000 for an engagement neither of us has validated yet. It's also a qualification filter — companies that won't pay €2,500 to test a credible fix for a real weekly pain aren't a fit for the Standard tier either.

Daniel Rossi Marinho — founder of SourceStack

Hi, I'm Daniel.

I'm a software engineer with 10+ years of European experience, including work inside a digital agency where I watched teams lose hours every week to manual work that generic software never fixed. I started SourceStack because the pattern is universal and the fix is real.

The work I do is bespoke — I'm not selling a template. That's the point. You're hiring a senior engineer who's done this work for a decade, not a salesperson with a productized deck.

If anything on this page sounded like your company, book a 20-minute Process Review. We'll see if it's a fit.

Find out if automation would actually help.

Twenty minutes, no slides. You describe the pain, I walk you through a working example built on synthetic data. If it's not a fit, you'll know in the first ten minutes.
